“The personal relationships that band members generously shared with us—relationships with people, communities, and places—gave us a deeply personal experience that we would not have had on a traditional tour. This trip is one my teenage son and I will remember for our entire lives and are the richer for having experienced it.”
— Sharon Metz, New Orleans, LA
“For music lovers, the tour was a dream with both a hands-on opportunity to try out the Peruvian percussion instruments and to attend performances by the band nearly every night. The personal touches, including favorite foods, the marketplace, restaurants, and haunts—including a street party—were experiences the average tourist would never get.”
— Lana Bennet, Wichita, KS
“Journey to Peru lived up to its promise to show us a side of Peru we would never see on any other tour. If you're interested in music, great food, and the city of Lima, Peru, this tour is for you. In fact, I just booked myself to go on the tour a second time!”
— Noel Genova, Portland, ME

“The best part was the workshops. I loved learning about the music and culture. Their instructors were just like the band: top-notch artists, wonderful communicators, and lovely people!”
